What does social media management look like for a mall?

We took over the social network management for the Forum Liberec shopping centre in 2023 after participating in a tender procedure.

First of all, we audited the Facebook and Instagram profiles. We then developed a strategy that included a gradual transition to a new visual identity and content aimed at increasing engagement and the younger generation.

And what specific steps do we have to take each month in our stewardship?

• Setting the visual, changing the profile picture and splash photo
• Preparation of a publication plan
• Coordination of photography and filming in the shopping centre
• Creation of graphics
• Posting about 20 posts and countless stories about current events
• Organisation and announcement of competitions
• Active community management including answering questions and moderating discussion
• Setting up sponsorships and long-term campaigns according to the client's specific goals
• Monthly reporting and data evaluation

Throughout this project it runs in the background as well:

• Intensive client communication and detailed approval process
• Tuning content with web and general creative
• Budget control and financing

The specificity of this project is mainly the production of a large amount of content that needs to be dynamically adjusted in response to the current situation and events. The entire team must be able to react flexibly and communicate accurately, either internally or on behalf of the client on their profiles. We are literally the voice of your brand on social media and we don't take this responsibility lightly.
