How do you create a website for a large-scale development project?

We acquired the Nová Kunratická project for our client Syner Group in a multi-round selection process in early 2023. As part of the selection process, we presented a comprehensive marketing vision based on a strong yet simple visual.

An integral part of the contract was also the construction of a website with a connection to the Realpad real estate software and several other specifics.

And what were our next steps to a successful launch?

• Commenting on visualizations & Shooting content

• Setting up analytical tools and reporting

Throughout this project it ran in the background as well:

• Consistent project management - we use the Freelo platform
• Communication with the client and coordination with external suppliers
• Budget control and financing
• Consultation with architects

The challenge for the entire team was to adapt to the requirements and specifics of a development project of this scale and to plan capacity over time.

In December 2024, we launched a page to collect contacts for a pre-sale offer. The full website was published in March 2025.
