SheLEADS 2025 Conference

SheLEADS 2025 brought together women from the financial sector in an environment full of inspiration and mutual support. A place where experience met vision and courage became the driving force for change.

It was a day full of inspiration, sharing and the courage to move forward. SheLEADS 2025 became a place where female leadership gained a tangible face, voice and energy.

Moderated by Daniela Brzobohatá, the event featured personal stories, experiences and practical advice from women who are changing the way we look at finance, careers and self-confidence. Topics such as leadership, motivation, beauty and style came together as one, with an emphasis on balancing professional and personal life. Speakers included:

• Pavlína Louženská revealed the trends that are already shaping the financial future of 2030.
• Hana Slezáková explored the world of leadership and inner motivation, revealed the secret behind her legendary ZUZO motto and led a panel discussion dedicated to women in the financial sector.
• MUDr. Lucie Rajská, Ph.D. showed that beauty begins beneath the surface.
• Irena Vokrojová introduced women to the latest styling trends and showed that a full wardrobe does not guarantee great style.
• Pavel Kortán reminded us that makeup and self-care are not obligations, but choices.

The day also featured a beauty lounge, combining care, relaxation and the joy of small details. Beauty and styling were provided by Pevel Kortán, Miroslava Krejší, Michaela Ohemová, Soňa Šajdáková and Margita Skřenková.

Trichologie & Medavita helped with hair care, Irena Vokrojová offered personal styling, while Lica Arabadzi led yoga and facial lifting massage sessions. The atmosphere was complemented by DJ Hrusha with saxophone.

Guests could also enjoy quality Nordbeans coffee, PralinQa chocolate pralines and stands from brands such as Klara Rott, Havlíkova Apotéka, Kiehls, Bjut, Reclair and the Kryštůfek foundation.

Movement and physical wellbeing were supported by Eva Vítová, physiotherapist and founder of Movebreak s.r.o.
